The primary circuit of urban centralized heating has long transmission distance, complex topology structure, and large coverage area. When adjusting the load on the user side, there is often a hysteresis characteristic on the heat source side. In order to realize real-time and accurate on-demand heating, this paper establishes a simulation model of the delay characteristics of the heating primary circuit, and analyses the regulation hysteresis characteristics for different types of heat users. Then, a model is established based on historical data to analyse the hysteresis characteristics of regulation in the practical heating process. Finally, the theoretical and practical heating conditions are compared, and it is found that the distance of the heat exchange station and different stages of the heating season have different degrees of influence on the temperature regulation hysteresis time, and the regulation hysteresis characteristics of the end network and the end of the heating season are stronger.
